I’ve always been a sucker for fantasy novels. I blame Anne McCaffrey’s Dragonriders of Pern series for this, as it hooked me as a teenager and I still read it today.
From a reader’s point of view, I love the fact that fantasy novels are set in strange and amazing worlds. From a writer’s point of view, I’ve hit the hurdle of having to create a world of my own and – most difficult of all – make it believable. Continue reading
